- The Horizon BQ-470, manufactured in 2008 with serial number 318004, is a four-clamp perfect binder designed for professional book production. With a maximum book format of 320 x 320 mm and a thickness range from 1 to 65 mm, it offers flexibility for a wide variety of binding applications. This binder is equipped with EVA hotmelt side gluing and a PUR glue plant, allowing the use of both EVA and PUR adhesives. The heating system is adjustable from 100 to 200 °C, with adhesive temperatures of 120 °C for EVA and up to 130 °C for PUR. The machine requires a 400 V power connection, with a consumption of 4.8 kW for the binder and 4.4 kW for the melt unit, and operates with a compressed air supply of 6 bar.
